This app-specific policy explains what data DigiTrans LLC collects or receives when you use DigiTrust Evidence Assistant for ChatGPT, how that data is used, who may receive it, how long it is retained, and what controls are available to users.
1. Overview
DigiTrust Evidence Assistant for ChatGPT is a public demo app that helps prospects, partners, security reviewers, and procurement teams experience evidence workflows inside ChatGPT.
The app uses synthetic demo evidence only. It does not require authentication, does not connect to paid customer workspaces, and does not access real customer evidence records.
The app provides read-only tools that can list synthetic demo evidence packets, summarize demo evidence, generate customer-safe assurance summaries, list demo buyer-readiness gaps, explain the evidence workflow, and compare synthetic evidence snapshots.
The app does not sell subscriptions, collect payment details, create paid workspaces, modify evidence records, approve records, notify outside parties, or perform billing actions inside ChatGPT.
2. Data we collect or receive
When you use DigiTrust Evidence Assistant in ChatGPT, DigiTrans LLC may receive limited data needed to respond to your request.

The public demo app is not designed to collect raw customer data, credentials, secrets, payment information, regulated data, or production evidence records.
3. Data the app does not intentionally collect
DigiTrust Evidence Assistant is not intended to collect or process:
- Real customer evidence records
- Raw customer prompts from a paid workspace
- Credentials, passwords, API keys, tokens, or secrets
- Payment card data or billing details
- Production workspace records
- Raw regulated data
- Unredacted confidential, personal, or sensitive customer data
- Files uploaded by users for evidence processing
- Data from third-party business systems
Users should not enter secrets, credentials, regulated data, or private customer information into the public demo app.
4. How we use data
DigiTrans LLC uses data processed by the public demo app for these purposes:

We do not use public demo tool inputs or outputs to sell subscriptions inside ChatGPT, bill users, create paid workspaces, or modify production customer records.
5. Current tool inputs and outputs
The public demo app includes these read-only tools. All v1 tools are read-only. They do not create, update, approve, delete, notify, bill, subscribe, or modify any external system.

6. Data recipients and service providers
DigiTrans LLC may use service providers to operate the app and deliver the public demo experience.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share public demo data with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Retention
The public demo app uses synthetic demo evidence and does not create user accounts or persistent paid workspaces.
DigiTrans LLC retains operational logs only as long as reasonably needed for security, debugging, reliability, compliance, and abuse prevention. Typical operational logs may be retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required for security investigation, legal compliance, or service integrity.
Synthetic demo evidence bundled with the app may remain available indefinitely because it does not contain real customer data.
If you accidentally submit sensitive information into the public demo app, contact DigiTrans LLC at info@digitranshq.com or through the support URL so we can review available logs and delete or redact retained data where reasonably possible.
8. User controls

Because the public demo app does not require authentication, DigiTrans LLC may need enough detail to locate relevant operational logs if you request deletion or investigation.
9. No payment or subscription processing inside ChatGPT
DigiTrust Evidence Assistant does not process payments, collect payment card details, sell subscriptions, create paid workspaces, or upgrade accounts inside ChatGPT.
Pricing, checkout, subscriptions, paid onboarding, billing support, and customer workspace entitlements are handled outside the ChatGPT app on DigiTrust-owned web properties.
10. Children’s privacy
The public demo app is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed to children.
11. Security
DigiTrans LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the public demo service. The v1 app is intentionally limited to no-auth, read-only, synthetic demo tools to reduce risk.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Users should not enter secrets, credentials, regulated data, or private customer data into the public demo.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. If we add authentication, paid workspace access, production evidence workflows, or additional data processing, we will update this policy before those changes are used in the public app.
